In 2023, Suzanne Burnett was honored to serve as a panel speaker at the Maryland Association for Justice Auto Negligence Seminar. The annual program brings together plaintiff attorneys from across the state to sharpen litigation skills and share practical strategies for representing injured clients.
Suzanne joined fellow presenters for a focused discussion on Effectively Presenting Pain and Suffering — a critical component of many personal injury cases. The panel explored ways attorneys can clearly and persuasively communicate the real human impact of an injury, beyond what appears in medical records and bills.
These conversations help trial lawyers better tell their clients’ stories and ensure juries understand the full scope of how an injury affects daily life.
