MAJ Career Fair: Connecting with the Next Generation of Maryland Lawyers

On November 6, 2025, Suzanne Burnett and Alicen Jobes represented MAJ (Maryland Association for Justice) at the UMD Law Career Fair in Baltimore. The event provided an opportunity to meet law students, discuss careers in trial law, and share insights into the legal profession.

Supporting Maryland’s Legal Community

MAJ represents over 1,200 trial attorneys across the state of Maryland and is dedicated to:

  • Advocating for the preservation of the civil justice system
  • Protecting the rights of consumers
  • Educating and supporting the professional development of its members

By staffing the MAJ table, Suzanne and Alicen helped students learn more about trial law, career opportunities, and the value of professional organizations like MAJ.
