Maryland Hall – Arts Alive: Celebrating Art, Culture, and Community

For many years, Suzanne Burnett was actively involved with Maryland Hall, serving as a former board member and supporting its mission to bring the arts to the Annapolis community. One of the most beloved events connected to Maryland Hall was Arts Alive, an annual celebration of creativity, culture, and community spirit.

A Cherished Annapolis Tradition

Arts Alive brought together artists, performers, and art enthusiasts from across the region for an evening that celebrated the power of the arts. The event served as both a vibrant community gathering and a key fundraiser supporting Maryland Hall’s arts education programs.

What Made Arts Alive Special

Arts Alive was known for:

  • Showcasing local and regional artists and performers
  • Creating a space for the community to connect through art and culture
  • Supporting arts education programs through fundraising efforts
  • Highlighting Annapolis as a hub for creative expression and cultural engagement

Continuing Support for the Arts

Although Arts Alive is no longer held, the impact of the event continues. Suzanne and Burnett Injury Group remain committed to supporting the local arts community and recognizing the vital role that arts education and cultural programming play in enriching our community.

Events like Arts Alive reflect the lasting importance of creativity, connection, and community involvement in Annapolis.
